Exceleration Gymnastics Center's team gymnasts compete in the USAG Junior Olympic Program, Levels 2-10 and Xcel. Team gymnasts practice a minimum of 7 hours a week. Higher Levels practice up to 19 hours.

 

EGC has been gaining recognition throughout Region 5 for accomplishments which include gymnasts who continue to score high & place at meets, having many regional qualifiers, and even having a National Qualifier!

Gymnasts on the EGC team benefit from being coached by several differently qualified coaches, ranging from a former NCAA Gymnast to USAG National Judges to former level 10 gymnasts. All of the coaches really care about the girls which makes it a great experience!
